Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or replacement.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be used and in the same state that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, not allowed to open the box of the item, it will be possible to check the item through a transparent box.


To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit card will automatically apply to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is issued.

Shipping
In the event of a return please contact us at sales@raz-diamonds.com and we will send you a Brink courier to ensure that the item will be sent to us for review and approval.
It is forbidden for the buyer to send the item alone in the mail, only by our courier we will receive refunds of products.

 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the product to be replaced may vary.
